Syntax Training Website and Email Down

Our website and email have been down for over 24 hours. Since you can't access our Syntax Training website or reach us by email, I thought I would let you know here on the blog.

You can still reach us in Seattle by phone at 206-782-8410.

Here's what the company that hosts our website and email is telling us:

Our system administrators have identified an issue with one of our mail arrays related to a hardware failure of one storage member in the SAN.

No, I don't know what that means either.

In any case, we hope to be receiving and replying to emails soon.
